A record big day for Honeywood

Last Saturday might have been the longest in the history of the hamlet of Honeywood from a public perspective, as well as one crammed with a wide range of things going on.

It was not only the day of the 47th always delicious and tender Beef BBQ, but one in which the North Dufferin Agricultural and Community Taskforce (NDACT) had mustered several hundred mega-quarry opponents for a Stomp the Quarry series of marathons to raise money for the battle that’s almost certain to be decided in an Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) engagement.
