ARA Hearings - Much more time is clearly needed

TWO DAYS OF HEARINGS in the middle of a legislature session is clearly not enough time for a proper review of Ontario’s controversial Aggregates Resources Act (ARA). Yet that’s apparently how much time has been allotted by the legislature’s Standing Committee on General Government, which in March was given a mandate to conduct the review.
