After being Chair of NDACT since its inception in 2009, Dale Rutledge has decided to step down from his position as NDACT Chair and remain on the Board as a member. His resignation was submitted at the November 5, 2011 NDACT Board meeting, indicating that he wished to devote more time to his family and pass the Chair to someone else.

 

Vice Chair, Carl Cosack was voted in as Board Chair and Rick Wallace was voted in as Vice Chair, replacing Carl's previous position.
